My passion is to create quality custom furniture and spaces that will leave a lasting impression, while offering as many choices of mediums as possible. I like the idea of combining different finishes and placing materials that are not commonly used together, what strikes me is how objects can complement each other, but yet are so different in structure and their qualities.
RESEARCH & DESIGN
The key to any great design is research. We will discuss and discover your thoughts, ideas and meet the needs of your custom project together as a team. We will explore possible materials and finishes, review required dimensions, and get a better overall feel of your project. Together we will plan out an appropriate time frame and set a budget that works for you while enjoying the process.
BUILD & REVEAL
Craftsmanship and aesthetic building practices are the key elements in my building process. When working with wood, I personally select the best material for each part of the project, assigning the appropriate grain and texture to each component of the build. This is the part of the process where your vision and all the hard work comes to life. I am always ecstatic to be a part of such a fun and creative journey!

ABOUT US
Wheeler’s Studio is a custom cabinetry, furniture and mill work design and fabrication studio, based in Port Perry, Ontario founded in 2009 by Jason Wheeler.
Influenced by industrial design, the studio marries traditional methods of furniture building with artistic techniques to produce objects of intrigue and function.
Jason's goal is to maintain a solid artistic avenue, to combine modern design with traditional practices while building meaningful pieces with the highest quality materials. Each piece will preserve your story, as well as its own, allowing it to be told decades from now.
Jason focuses on unique innovated design. The vision and ideas of each clients needs is the greatest inspiration and develops into lasting connections.

*We are often in and out of the shop on job sites & installation, so it is best to contact us before stopping by! Simply send us an email & we can coordinate a shop visit.
